Eddie's Story...
Hi! My name is Eddie. I am a beautiful female tabby. I was born late April 2016 and came into foster care with my sister Doby. I know we have boy sounding names but we are girls. I love playing and wresting with my sister and the other kittens in foster care with me. I’m friendly, but can be shy at times, and love being petted and played with. I currently live in a home with many cats, a large dog, and three children ages 14, 11, and 9. I’m great with the kids and fine with the cats but I haven’t had much interaction with the dog so we’re not sure how I would do living with one. I’m looking for my forever home. I am FeLV/FIV negative, and have had all age appropriate shots. My spay at 6 months of age at a local veterinary practice is covered by my adoption fee. Please note: All cats and kittens require an on-line adoption application be completed and sent BEFORE consideration for adoption can take place. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddie, a N. Billerica Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in N. Billerica, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in N. Billerica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in N. Billerica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a N. Billerica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in N. Billerica paves the way for another one to be saved.
