Facts about Lucy

  • Species: Gecko
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small
  • Sex: Female
Lucy is an adult female leopard gecko who has been with us a little over a year. We are unsure of Lucy's age but we estimate her to be around 3. Due to improper care as a juvenile, Lucy has developed metabolic bone disease. Her spine is twisted and she crawls to walk. Lucy eats very well and gets around just fine on her own. She does not like to be handled. Due to this, she will require an experienced owner and would not make a good pet for a child. Lucy requires a liquid calcium regimen and also needs help with shedding as her shed tends to get stuck on her toes. Lucy would make a great display of education animal.
