Sacramento- Boomer is the one fluffy puppy from the litter and boy is he cute. I have no idea what his breed is, but he is cute and small! He came with his litter from Friends of Tulare Animal Services. He won't be at our adoption event on Saturday as he has a bit of a cough but he will be available for adoption in about a week, however, we are pre-approving applications for him ahead of time. He is independent and likes to explore his surroundings and is super social.

He will be neutered, microchipped, dewormed and started his puppy shots. You can find our adoption process and apply online at: http://recycledpetsnorcal.org/adoption-process/
