Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MANSION is a 2 year old neutered black male Lab who weighs 82 pounds. Mansion is a big goof ball who loves everyone. He loves belly rubs, treats and being close by your side. He has a giant block head and sad eyes and will climb in your lap if you let him. He does not like a crate but has had good house manners while left alone. At 2 years old he is a low-energy companion who would love someone who is home a lot or is able to take him to work where he will sit quietly by your side. He is a wonderful sweet soul who can't wait to be loved on by his new humans. Mansion needs to go to a home where he won't be left alone for more than a couple of hours. He likes the company. Does not do well living in an apartment. He needs a fenced-in yard, not invisible fence. Mansion is such a friendly and outgoing boy. He loves attention and to be petted and have his belly rubbed. He was found as a stray and nobody claimed him. Mansion did well with the dogs that he met at the shelter. We don't have any cat or kid history. He will go with a training addendum. Mansion is approved for kids ages 10+.
Update: Mansion has been learning lots of commands and leash manners. He will do best in a home with a submissive dog. He's a gentle giant, but he doesn't like other dogs in his face. Mansion will do best with someone who will continue reinforcing what he has learned. Not recommended for first-time adopters. He's a strong boy!
