Meet Vesta aka Max
This boy has had to endure a life of loneness on the end of a chain in his backyard. He has never once stopped believing in Humans.
We need to show him his faith is not misplaced. He is housebroken, Good with dogs and kids. He is good in his crate but will cry some at first. He needs someone to work with him to let him know the crate is a safe place and it is OK. He loves to sleep in bed with you as well. He will sometimes try to crawl in your lap and put his paw on you for more scritches.
He is s strong boy but does pretty good on walks and wants to meet every dog he sees. We have not seen an agrressive bone in this boys body. He is a big puppy still and needs his energy needs met. Good play time and a yard he can run around in will really help.
He just wants to be the best possible friend he can be to his human. The MARS community won’t let this boy’s faith in humanity down. Help us to assure he has a place to call home.
He is such an amazing dog he does not understand why nobody will give him a chance. He is a big puppy and will need some work on leash training. He corrects so well and wants to continually please his human. He does not understand how he is still looking for a foster or forever home.
Please note! This boy will need an active household. A run in the backyard is not enough for this boy. He is very high energy and will calm down and be respectful but long term an active family would be perfect for him.
