SPOOK's Story...
Spook is a 3 year old Pit/Lab mix. He was picked up as a stray. We found out who he belonged to. They took him out and dumped him. He is very energetic, but does well on a leash. He is good with dogs, but does not like cats. Spook is semi-potty training. This can be fixed with a good schedule. He is very well behaved in a kennel and is just an awesome guy! If you would like to meet him please call 972-382-3647 or email adoptionsmoh@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SPOOK, a Pilot Point Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Pilot Point, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Pilot Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pilot Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pilot Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pilot Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
