Mo's Story...
Mo is a cuddly and bold six month old Black short haired kitten. She was found in Downtown LA near a Fatburger, which explains her enthusiastic appetite! Mo has 100 great qualities, but the first is that she has never met a human she doesn't like; she immediately 'schmoozes' everyone she meets. Mo loves pets and when she sleeps with you, she likes to remain close with her head on your foot, or her face right next to yours on your pillow. If Mo's not hanging out with you, it's only because she's exploring - she is very curious and likes to keep an eye on things. Mo's arch nemesis (and favorite toy) is the fish on a string. She is OK with other cats, but gets a bit reserved with dogs. Humans and head rubs are her true passions. Mo is a little sweetheart looking for a home with a little adventure and a lot of lovin'. If you're looking for a friend and companion, Mo is it! Call to meet her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mo, a Sherman Oaks Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sherman Oaks, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Sherman Oaks.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman Oaks already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman Oaks breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman Oaks paves the way for another one to be saved.
