Sweet Stevie Nicks was rescued from outside a building in Brooklyn when she was very pregnant and very hungry. Immediately after she was taken in—on the very night of her rescue—she gave birth to five beautiful kittens, who have all been adopted to wonderful forever homes. Now, it’s Stevie’s turn to find a home of her own!

This friendly girl will lie on the couch next to you for cuddle time, or follow you around your home like an adoring puppy. Her purr is oh-so-big and oh-so-cute. She will tolerate other cats, but would probably rather be your one and only. Fortunately, her personality and her affectionate nature are big enough to fill any home with feline friendship and love. She would be the perfect only kitty!

Stevie Nicks is spayed, FeLV/FIV negative, and up to date on vaccines. If you’d like to meet this tortie beauty, contact Tara Green at catsbkny@gmail.com!

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
