LOOKING FOR SWEET INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT. Sandy is mom who was rescued with her 5 kittens off the street. She was a bit shy to get to know, we nick-named her hiss as that is how she would greet you. She is now a very loving cat. She has not only taken very good care of her own kittens but also has adopted all the foster kittens in her foster home. Sandy has been very happy as inside kitten but as of late I have noticed that she sometimes will go to the door so if your looking for indoor/outdoor, she may be your girl. She is playful, loving and has the cutest little meow.

Her foster parents are Ginger P.   The adoption fee for Sandy is $60. If more than one cat or kitten is adopted the adoption fees are discounted.

Please complete our online application form if you are interested in adopting Sandy. A volunteer will contact you as soon as possible.

All Kalamazoo Animal Rescue cats & kittens are spayed or neutered and feline leukemia tested prior to adoption. They also are given medication to rid them of roundworms and checked and treated for fleas & ear mites, if needed. Additional vet care may have been provided depending on the particular animal's needs. All are given distemper vaccinations and depending on how long the pet has been in foster care, additional vaccine(s) may be necessary and the expense will be incurred by the adopter.
