Hi, I'm Tess. I was adopted from SBACC many years ago and moved to San Diego with my family. One day my family decided they didn’t want me any longer and they took me to the San Diego County Shelter. My microchip saved my life. When I was scanned, they discovered I had a chip that was registered to SBACC and a volunteer from SBACC came all the way to San Diego to get me. My life is kind of upside down right now but the nice people at SBACC are taking good care of me and if I can’t find another family, I will always have a home here. I can’t help thinking, though, how nice it would be to have another home to spend my senior years. You know, senior cats make great companions, especially if you are a senior yourself.
