Aly is a diminutive 7 pounds of sweet, loyal, fearless, and loving fun. She is going to love being all those things with you.
This girl is working on house training, is crate-trained and does well walking on leash. She is so affectionate that she is really happy on a lap or snuggled under covers with you, but she's also independent and happy to be doing her own thing if you're busy. She enjoys playing with other dogs so she'd be great in a home with a doggie sibling or two. She doesn't quite get the toy thing yet, but perhaps in time? She also loves going on adventures, thus the fearless, so if you want a companion in the car, she's your girl.
One of the cutest things about Aly is that she is very vocal and she will literally 'tell' you if she wants something. Or if you enjoy the occasional howl, she's in!
Ally can be a little nippy with some strangers and a little barky if there is activity outside her house. She may need to be crated or held upon meeting new people who visit. Due to her small size, the perfect home for her would be one with older children, if any. She hasn't been observed with cats. She would love a place where she has another dog or two as well as her humans to hang with most of the time.
Does Aly sound like she would fit in happily with your family? She will make you glad you brought her home!
