If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, you will get a speedier response if you send a request direct to the specified contact person/foster family associated with your chosen pet. Sorry, we do not ship our cats, provide any transportation, or do out of state adoptions.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application - either by email or by mail.

Bruno is an adorable medium haired black 5 month old (as of 10/18/16) male kitten with a white spotted undercoat belly and a silver tail. He was rescued off the streets. Bruno's personality is goofy, outgoing, and affectionate. He loves playing with pipe cleaners and to be petted, held, and kissed. Laying on your tummy (and being petted of course!) while you relax on the couch or bed makes Bruno very happy. If you want a teenager, purr-machine, kitten with a playful personality then Bruno is your man! He would make a great playmate for another kitten.
SAFCC adoption fee includes neuter, all vaccinations, test for feline aids and leukemia, deworming, flea prevention, and micro chip.

You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
