A sweet, 9 year old girl ended up as a stray at the Orange Co Shelter. She was limping, not feeling well and then she became euthanasia listed. We asked for an x-ray and when they did them we were horrified at what we saw!! Her pelvis was shattered and her femoral head was in her abdomen! We were ready to pull her and a microchip was found...she was surrendered to the shelter later in the day and we got her to our vet right away!
Betty Boop, yes, that is her real name, needs surgery ASAP!! Her Pelvis needs to be stabilized and she will need a Femoral Head Osteotomy to put her rear leg back where it needs to be. Betty Boop is such a doll even through TREMENDOUS pain! Please consider making a 100% Tax Deductible Donation towards her surgery and medical care. No donation is too small and Betty Boop is SO worth it!! THANK YOU!!
