Our second 2016 Olympic Hopeful is Phelps, the Chiweenie. Phelps is a young adult who is looking for the gold medal of homes. He loves people and we were told he previously lived with kids. Phelps loves to play with other dogs and would definitely win the gold medal for playing at the shelter. He has quite the personality and has made friends with everyone he meets. Phelps is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $50.
