Meet Ozzie, one of the four undersocialized siblings seeking his own home.
"Ozzie is a big cuddler. He loves to be in your lap, and he just melts into your arms with any affection. He loves kids, and is fine with the cat. He does really well playing with the other dogs, so long as he is not in your lap; then he doesn't like to share. He's generally very happy go lucky, and just wants to be loved on.
Ozzie is doing well with housebreaking, but still needs to be watched carefully. We still keep him in the belly band to stop marking, but that has decreased exponentially after he was neutered, I think he will be fine with a little more work. He is fine in the crate, but really, really loves his people, kids over 5 too.
We've not had him on a leash beyond a couple of times, and it just didn't seem to make any sense to him. He's still a little fearful when he's out, so I feel safest holding him when we go anywhere." Foster Emily.
Ozzie will need an owner willing to commit to his learning and growing with new exposures. One that understands he doesn't understand the outside world. He will need leash training and is getting the hang of house training. His original owner kept them out on the deck during the days and used puppy pads. His current owner says his house training is coming along well.
