Prissa's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Prissa's Story...
Prissa was brought to the SDHS Shelter in July as part of a 2 cat surrender from a milk farm.
During the day the finder had been able to capture the group and upon examination there were 2 young female cats, one having just had a litter very recently. Sadly from their ingestion of cows milk they had digestive issues that needed attention.
Since then Prissa has nursed her brood to weaning and now is ready to be adopted into her own Furrever Home, she is very loving and cuddly, enjoys affection and chatting, and is also quite playful.
Could you find a place for this young one in your home, come to our shelter during operating hours and see her today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prissa, a Simcoe Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Simcoe, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Simcoe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simcoe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simcoe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simcoe paves the way for another one to be saved.
