Dash's Story...
This handsome boy is awesome! He is guessed to be an aussie mix with something large as he weighs about 65 lbs. he is a big boy and so gorgeous! Dash is loving being out of the pound and getting to run around with the other dogs. He knows some asic commands, like "load up" and "Kennel Up". He does pretty good on leash but sometimes he gets excited and pulls. He's such a good boy and deserves a loving, forever home! Guessed at 3 years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dash, a Sawyer Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky for sale in Sawyer, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Sawyer.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sawyer already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sawyer breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sawyer paves the way for another one to be saved.
