The adorable boy has had a rough life but that doesn't stop him from being a sweetheart!
Tigger was left on a heavy chain in a back yard with nothing but a dirty shed to lay in.
He was skin and bones when we found him and covered in fleas and ticks but he has since had several good baths and put on a lot of weight and is at a healthy weight now.
Tigger loves all other dogs he's met so far but has not been tested with cats.
He is crate trained, leash trained, knows basic commands and loves ALL people including kids.
Tigger has a $20 adoption fee and you'll have to sign a contract to get him neutered.
Act quickly to adopt Tigger. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.
