Hi! My name is Cooper and I am a male Shepherd mix who is almost 4 years old. I was adopted when I was a young pup (9 months old) and now I find myself living back at the kennel. I am a little guy with stubby legs, not your typical tall Shepherd mix, so look down when you meet me. I am very afraid of thunder storms so it would be best if I were left alone during a storm.
I have been making new friends at the kennel and they say that I am wonderful! I am easy to walk on leash and I have lived with another dog, too. Here's what one of my new kennel buddies says about our time together: "I spent over an hour with him yesterday and he was very good. He's a bit chunky so he could use some exercise. He walked well, loved rummaging through my trunk, and stayed quietly at my side while we talked with other volunteers. He seemed to warm up to everyone as time went on and was at ease."
If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application and be sure to ask for me by name - COOPER (RUSSEL) STEELE!!
