History- Another rescuer found these guys at a yard sale being sold. Mom was supposedly a Husky and dad a Bullmastiff-- accidental litter.. Well, a friend saw the post and shot me a pm on facebook if we knew of any rescues who could help.. Well, we said sure we had the room.. Thank goodness she offered to foster as we are packed to the brim right now, but they were being sold super super way too young so what could we do?? They struggled for the first few nights in rescue-- their foster mom staying up all night with them administering sub-q fluids and trying to keep them fed and hydrated to pull them through.. All her hard work and sleepless nights though paid off as they are now doing great and have received their first vaccines.
Temperament- Very sweet and outgoing. Pretty dominant personalities so adopter will have to make sure they do a lot of socializing and training with them..
Energy Level- Mickey is pretty laid back and enjoys sleeping more than anything and Minnie is very outgoing and follows her foster mom everywhere..
Dogs/Cats- Doing great with the other dogs and puppies in the foster home and being raised around cats..
Housetrained- Using puppy pads
These babies are awesome.. Sooo sweet and playful and very loving.. They will make wonderful additions to any family wanting a beautiful sweet baby to add to their family.. Of course please keep in mind puppies have sharp teeth and claws and families with small, sensitive children should keep in mind that new pets and children both need to be trained to interact gently with each other.. If your child is not ready to handle the antics of a puppy or unable to understand how to treat a small puppy gently should wait until the child is ready and understand how delicate puppies are...
Adoption fee $300 includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations (4 for puppies), deworming, microchip, rabies vacc, collar and tags, training information, and all the support you need.
