He is full of love and wants to share it with his new family. While Clyde may be a big dog some day, that just means he's got a big heart to share with you! Contact PawsUp4Rescue to meet Clyde and let him get on with his job of wiggling his way into your life!

* It is our goal to ensure that all our animals are a good fit for their new family. Because of this it is Paws Up 4 Rescue's policy to do home visits before an adoption. Because puppies must be able to return to our vet for additional vetting after the adoption is finalized we do not adopt out of state. No exceptions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CLYDE, a joliet Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in joliet, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer puppy from a breeder in joliet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in joliet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a joliet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in joliet paves the way for another one to be saved.
