From her freckled face to her nubby tail, Lexie is the definition of darling! Lexie asks so little in life - a cozy bed, a yard to explore, and a (human) friend to snuggle with. She is a world-class snuggler and will come right over any time to kneel down or call to her. She is a quiet girl and causes no fuss. She does need to be the only cuddle-buddy in the home, and she needs to be a house dog.

Lexie has age-related health considerations. She is mostly is not completely blind, deaf, and has some neurological challenges. Despite this, she is still an incredibly loving and sometimes even playful girl. She deserves every comfort in her final times. She is CATTLE DOG STRONG and ready to take on the world, so don't let her health hold you back because it certainly doesn't hold her back.

Est Date of Birth:  May 2002

'Senior' is at least 7 years old. Medium is 13in to 20in at the shoulder. Fenced yard usually required and approved application always required. Visit or email for adoption application. Shelter phone often does not work, please use email link on this listing.
