Ebert's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Ebert's Story...
Ebert is a 7-months old, Feist (Jack Russell Terrier / Rat Terrier group) and Dachshund mix.
He weighs 13 lbs and should not get much bigger. He has been neutered, has had all his shots, is on heart-worm and flea preventatives, and micro-chipped. He is crate-trained and almost completely house-broken.

Ebert is a total sweet-heart. His tail wags all the time just speaking to him. He loves playing with his toys, romping around in the yard, and going for car rides. He just recently learned to walk on a leash and does well.
Ebert is a total love bug and nothing makes him happier than curling up with you on the couch!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ebert, a Baltimore Dachshund/Feist puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Feist for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Dachshund/Feist puppy from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Feist breeders who help with Dachshund/Feist rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
