My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello Everyone, My name is Dot. I'm a good dog, and I'm needing a new home. One day a while back my doberman friend named Sam asked me if I wanted to go exploring. He said it would be fun, and we would get to see and smell of a lot of new things. I must admit it was fun. We got tired and thirsty and went to a nice looking home to ask for a drink of water. The lady there was very nice. She gave us some water and some food to eat. Sam and I thought we would stay there for a day or two. One day the nice lady let us get in her car, and we went for a ride. that was fun too. She took us to a pretty place with other nice dogs called Ahimsa Rescue Foundation. Everyone at Ahimsa was excited to see us. We were taken to our very own rooms with our very own bed, our very own toys and a nice bowl of good food with biscuits on top. Boy was that nice! Our new friends at Ahimsa Rescue Foundation explained to us that because Sam and I did not have ID tags on our collars and our guardians could not be found that we would be staying at Ahimsa, and the nice people at Ahimsa would try to help us find a good home. My friend Sam has found a good home, and I'm so happy for him. Now I need a good home of my very own too. I'm much smaller than Sam and only weigh about 18 pounds. My eyes are blue and will not deceive you. I get along well with other dogs, and I love people. I especially love children!!! I love it when children pet me, pick me up like a baby and carry me around. I kiss them for that and let them know that I love them. If you need a good little girl like me please come see me soon. I'll be at Ahimsa rescue Foundation waiting for you.
Love,
Dot

IMPORTANT: If you are interested in adopting a pet from Ahimsa Rescue, an on-line adoption form is required at www.ahimsarescuefoundation.org. You will not be considered for the adoption of a pet if an adoption application is not received. Ahimsa's pets live at private homes in foster care. It is only fair to foster families for people to come into their homes after an adoption application has been received and approved. Once an application is received and approved a convenient time is set to meet and adopt the pet. Please complete the on line adoption application at: www.ahimsarescuefoundation.org to begin the adoption process.

Ahimsa Rescue Foundation is an all volunteer, foster-based rescue in Muldrow, OK. Our dogs will be fully vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped before the adoption becomes final. Adult dogs are heart worm negative and on preventative. To start the process please visit our website and fill out the adoption application at www.ahimsarescuefoundation
