Samson-Adopted!'s Story...
This young fellow is very sweet, loves attention from people and is ready to find his new family. Samson is smart - he figured out the dog door quickly on his own! He is crate-trained, and is currently working on housetraining and getting into a routine at his foster house. He walks well on a leash. Samson is very energetic, but he listens well and is good with children, and with the other small dog and cat at the house. He likes toys, including chew toys, but is not very "barky". He's happy sitting on your lap and cuddling with, you but also playful. Samson is a happy happy happy little guy! Birth date 12/16/15

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Samson-Adopted!, a Detroit Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Detroit, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
