This sweet little shih tzu/pekingese mix was found under a car badly injured. She needed an FHO on one back leg and a plate put on her ilium on the other, She is now doing really well. She is approx 5 yrs old and 13 lbs. She is a really quiet little girl, a little timid around active dogs and would do better with low keys friends or being an only dog, and because of her surgeries we prefer children over10 years of age..She seems to be leash and house trained and loves people. We had to have her trimmed down as she was so matted. She has a really pretty coat and will be stunning when it grows back. She is fine with cats. She is a real cuddle bug and loves to sleep with her foster mom and dad. She has a good appetite.

The total adoption donation of $475 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a coupon for a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you.
