Fuzzy Wuzzy's Story...
Breed: Fuzzy lop
Size: Small size male
DOB: 10/24/2011
Reason in Rescue: This little boy has been a show bunny but a family member developed allergies, so he came to Judge's Park to find a new home!
Personality: Fuzzy Wuzzy is so stinking cute. He was hard to get a picture of because he was so friendly he just kept throwing himself at me for love. He doesn't mind being held and he absolutely adores being petted! He has some hairloss on his belly from living outside, but we are getting that looked at and he should be just fine.
Friends: Fuzzy is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female.
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $60 which includes his neuter and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fuzzy Wuzzy, a Edinburg American Fuzzy Lop was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Fuzzy Lop for sale in Edinburg, or seeking a American Fuzzy Lop from a breeder in Edinburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edinburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edinburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Fuzzy Lop breeders who help with American Fuzzy Lop rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edinburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
