  • ID#: 10353682-D160188: Christina

Adoption: $400 Weight: 4.7 lbs. Age: 5 years Health: No obvious issues found during vet exam Temperament: Snoopy is a sweet little guy who's had a rough life. My favorite thing about Snoopy is that he hugs you close when you pick him up. He's got the cutest little tiny bark that fits him perfectly. He isn't a barky guy, but barks when he's very excited to see you. It's adorable! He's a little fearful at first, but warms up after about a week. At first he may bite a little bit out of fear but if you just give him some space he'll start to come to you on his own. You'll need a little bit of patience for Snoopy to be the right dog for you. However, if you just give him some time you'll have the sweetest little guy who adores you!

Favorite Activities: Getting ear scratches and lap time! Where did he come from: Irving Animal Shelter Ambitions: To find the perfect furrever home Additional information:   ADOPTION APPLICATION: http://www.recycledpomeranians.com/adoption.html   Email info@recycledpomeranians.com to request a printable application.   ------Please remember our group is made of only volunteers all of whom have full time jobs, foster fur-kids, and families of their own, so please be patient.---------

About Recycled Poms and Schipperkes

About Our Rescue Group...

We began in 1998, and have continued to rescue purebred dogs previously used as breeders in Puppy Mills, dogs surrendered by their owners, lost and abandoned dogs on death row at local shelters and a few dogs found roaming the streets. We house, feed, rehabilitate, socialize, seek medical attention for, spay or neuter each dog rescued, but mostly, we give them love.

Please join our cause! We can't do it alone.

We are run entirely by volunteers who give of their time to help find these precious pups their forever homes! Please consider joining us in our fight to find "furever homes" for these pups! We can always use volunteers, FOSTER HOMES!!!!, and donations, including quality dog food, healthy treats (like BULLY STICKS!) belly bands for boy dogs, exercise pens, pee pads, collars, leashes, and Dog shampoo

Come Meet Our Pets...

We would love to see you on the

Also, feel free to email us about a prospective pet, and we will put you in touch with their foster home.

Our Adoption Process...

Adopting one of our dogs requires that you fill out an adoption application, have your references checked, and let us visit your home.

The required minimum adoption donation is $250. That amount covers the spay/neuter, annual vaccinations, heartworm testing, and one month of heart worm preventative.

We spend about $300.00 just to treat the pommies that are heartworm positive. We have invested more than $1000.00 in several of our pommies--treating them and kenneling them. Kenneling cost $16 a day per dog. We need foster homes!

To fill out an application, simply go to http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/TX150.html and fill out the application and email it to
