Ebony's Story...
~adoption fee applies – if serious about adoption please email caarescue@gmail.com~
My name is Ebony! Or that is what it is now and foster dad calls me Ebby for short sometimes
I was found stray and never claimed… for sure I was just abandoned in woods where I was found as my health was in pretty poor condition. But thanks to my foster dad and CAA Rescue I am doing awesome now
I am soooooooooooooo happy now!
I am house trained and like to do my business outside.

I am leash trained but could use a little more positive training to get me to 100%
I have not been tested with any cats or small children. Preferably a home with no children or older children for me.
I am not overly vocal … just the normal doggie barks to warn you of impending doom like the mail man coming or that suspicious bag blowing down the street… it does look shifty and untrustworthy!!!

I am a very beautiful girl who is dog friendly. But I am an older girl so when the young ones get too excited I can put them in their place like a good big foster sister can do.
I am very gentle and kind with people. I have a medium level of energy and so enjoy my walks.
I am very people friendly… I love, Love, LOVE people!
I am not being crate trained.
I am very sweet and affectionate – & did I mention I LOVE people?!?

I look very much like a smaller and less fluffy Belgian Shepherd; CAA volunteers believe I am a mix but there is no way to know for sure.

I show absolutely no food or toy possession or aggression in foster care at this time
I am smart, loyal, passionate and a gentle loving character with those that I love dearly

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ebony, a Pierrefonds Belgian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Shepherd for sale in Pierrefonds, or seeking a Belgian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Pierrefonds.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pierrefonds already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pierrefonds breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Shepherd breeders who help with Belgian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pierrefonds paves the way for another one to be saved.
