Fran is a super sweet and mild-mannered hound/lab mix, who was recently evacuated from an area shelter, when it was closed due to the high water. Fran is only about a year old, but she appears to have recently finished nursing some puppies. This gentle soul just weighed-in at a modest 30 pounds and she's ready and waiting to start her new life with a loving, forever family. Fran is pretty and attentive, and you couldn't find a dog more deserving of a second chance at happiness, so why not take a chance on Fran today?
