BREE's Story...
This beautiful lady is Bree, a collie/malamute mix. She has the sweetest disposition and a crooked little nose that warms your heart. This girl is very laid back and loves to cuddle! Bree is a little wary around men initially, but she warms up pretty quickly with a little loving attention. Bree is wonderful with children and just loves being around humans in general. The adoption fee for Bree is $250. For a chance to meet Bree please visit us at PawsUp4Rescue.org!

* It is our goal to ensure that all our animals are a good fit for their new family. Because of this, it is Paws Up 4 Rescue's policy to do home visits before an adoption. Because puppies must be able to return to our vet for additional vetting after the adoption is finalized we do not adopt out of state. No exceptions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BREE, a joliet Alaskan Malamute/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Alaskan Malamute/Collie for sale in joliet, or seeking a Alaskan Malamute/Collie dog from a breeder in joliet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in joliet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a joliet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Alaskan Malamute/Collie breeders who help with Alaskan Malamute/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in joliet paves the way for another one to be saved.
