Luna is a 7 year old female who is a spayed domestic short hair cat. I got her from a shelter in Arlington VA in September of 2009 when she was only a few months old. She is up to date on all of her shots. She meows often for food and water and for attention. Luna does not like to play with many toys except the chain from a lamp which we swirl around on the floor for her to chase. She likes to eat and would basically eat everything in her bowl if we kept it full, so to maintain her weight we only give her a certain amount. Luna does have a mild heart murmur that her vet in Virginia told us about years ago. Our NJ vet has told us the same thing but it does not appear to be changing in status. Luna does not do well with toddlers probably because she has never been exposed to them. She would be fine in a house with a baby, as long as the family is able to pay enough attention to her. It's unknown if she would do well with other cats as she has been our only cat. Luna would be perfect for someone who wants a lap cat that demands attention and love.
Luna is not an Eleventh Hour Cat - this is a courtesy post for the owner who wants to rehome her. Please contact Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org or call him at (973) 219-8495
