Meet Cutlass!   This handsome boy is housebroken and knows his commands.  He is a perfect gentleman on leash so if you are looking for a good walking partner, he's your guy!

Cutlass loves spending time playing outside on a nice day and also enjoys a good Netflix binge on a rainy day, as long as you supply the belly rubs and treats.

This poor boy has had a rough life but still gives so much.  He wants nothing more than to find the right family that will give him back all the love he gives, guide him, make good decisions for him and keep him safe.

He would do best in a home without young children as he prefers a calm environment.  Cutlass needs to be the only pet in the household.   We know that home is out there for our boy!

About Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue is a non profit animal rescue organization that is run by a dedicated group of volunteers. Our mission is to protect the welfare of animals, one life at a time, from unnecessary euthanasia. From high kill shelters to foster homes to caring adoptive families, Diamonds in the Ruff handles every aspect of the rescue process. Our animals are examined, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and receive necessary medical treatment. Foster homes are used to provide sanctuary and ensure a successful placement. Our goal is to make the adoption process a kind, informative and rewarding experience because we believe that every animal can become a treasured family pet.

Why we do it:
4 million animals are euthanized each year in the United States.
That is 300,000 a month
Over 11,000 each day
Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue works tirelessly to decrease this statistic.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a foster based rescue, but do also have a small shelter. You can contact us at diamondunderdogs@yahoo.com to setup an appointment to come out and check out some of our adoptables.

Our Adoption Process...

We require each applicant to complete an adoption application, followed by a home visit. We also contact personal and veterinarian references. We want to make sure that the next home our furbabies go to, is their last, and that they will be loved like a member of the family.
