Leisel's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Leisel's Story...
Leisel is a lovely girl, who is happy being around people and enjoys the company of big dogs. She love to perch in a tall cat tree and observe her domain. She likes a good snuggle and is an active playmate. Leisel suffers from allergies, so her forever home must be strictly non-smoking and she will require non-clay based litter in order to manage those allergies. Even with the occasional sneeze, however, she still maintains her happy disposition and will make a great addition to your home!

All kitties go to their new owners spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and are negative for FIV/FeLV. The adoption fee is $75. If you are interested in adoption or have any questions, please contact info@rchsks.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leisel, a Manhattan Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Manhattan, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Manhattan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manhattan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manhattan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manhattan paves the way for another one to be saved.
