Connor is a big and gentle boy with a kind spirit even after being through so much in his life. His first family poured bleach on him to kill fleas which burned his skin. Connor might not have the perfect fur as a result but when you meet him that won't matter as his personality will overshadow any of that. He loves his foster family but is wondering when he can settle in with his forever family so he can experience more great things in life. As you can see in the photos Connor loves his car rides and can't wait to go with you on little trips to the gas station or even around the block. He is with several other dogs and enjoys their company so much that he does not mind sharing the bed, toys and even food! He is respectful in the home and is house trained. He loves to lie out in the yard for a little sun. As with most Labs, his favorite place to be is in the house near you. Connor is not a velcro dog, he will spend some time with you to soak up some loving, then he will lie down somewhere on his own. This sweetheart is easy and a joy to have around. He is quiet, sleeps through the night, and is great with his people and dogs. Grab his leash and Conner will be right there for his nice and comfortable walk. This boy is a find, he will make his new family happy to have him in their lives. Because we want Connor to find his perfect forever family soon we have given him his own special adoption donation of $150. If you would like to meet Connor we can set up a private meet so you can have one on one time with Connor. He is best in a home without cats. Ready to meet Connor or any of our other dogs? Your first step is to fill out an adoption application on our website.
The adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping. For more information on the adoption donation and our adoption process, please visit our website at www.labsandmore.org and click on "Adopt." You will find our online adoption application there as well. Once you are approved to adopt, we will discuss how to meet our available dogs. Our dogs are NOT housed at our mailing address. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Thank you for reaching out to rescue a dog in need of hope!
