In order to pre-qualify, we must be able to get a veterinarian reference (in your own name) to be able to adopt any Rose Hope Animal Refuge cat. Roxy, Tortie, 4-5 Months Old Spayed Female Donation/Adoption fee of $175.00 which includes the following: spay, veterinarian examination, FELV/FIV(-) tests, rabies, & distemper vaccinations.
