Russell is a one year old, fun-loving, Life of the Party kind of guy. He LOVES all other dogs, and he would really like to have another dog in the home to play with. He is an active dog and would be best suited for an active family or a person who hikes, camps, etc. where he could go to. Russell is fully vetted and microchipped, house/cratetrained. He was found near Lake Cumberland, running along the highway. He was found in Russell Co., thus his name.
