You won’t find a boy as sweet as Tawny! He’s a handsome Petite Bassett Griffon Vendeen/Terrier mix – or just about the cutest dog ever. He’s super friendly with people and other dogs (basset bark and all!) but when it’s time to cuddle he loves to be right by your side. Everyone he meets thinks he’s a total sweetheart. He sleeps like a champ in his crate at night, but would probably prefer to be with his people during the majority of the day. He’s housetrained so far at his foster home and is an excellent leash walker, although he would love to have his own fenced yard! His best feature would be his big deep brown eyes – and the way he uses them to get extra treats and affection. Tawny would be the perfect addition to any family!
Tawny is a male/n Petite Bassett Griffon Vendeen/Terrier mix born ~January 2015. He should weight about 25 pounds at his ideal weight.

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
