AMOS's Story...
This is Amos~ Approx 3 yrs old, UPDATE: Amos really is just as his pictures portray's him.....he just wants to be so close to people and loves everyone! My heart hurts for him, because he hasn't found his own family yet. He absolutely adores men! <3

Amos is learning what toys are, and what it's like to be loved, and treated in a kind manner. He was pulled from our local shelter, and has been fully vetted and micro chipped. Amos was HW positive and has been treated. Amos can be shy at first, but oh so sweet always. He does well with some other dogs, and tolerates and avoids the kitties on leash. Enjoys all people, including children and doesn't jump up, good on leash and crate trained. We believe Amos would do best in a home where he gets all the attention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

AMOS, a Golsboro Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Golsboro, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Golsboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Golsboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Golsboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Golsboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
