Josie *Adopted's Story...
Josie is a sweet and fun loving 1 yr old Great Pyrenees/Australian Cattle Dog cross; her pics don't do her justice as she's soooo adorable! She loves other dogs of any size & gender, and also cat safe. Josie is super social with everyone she meets, potty trained, crate trained, and doing well at learning basic obedience and indoor manners. Josie is looking for a home with at least one dog friend, and would love an active family that she can be apart of. She looooves water, so she would have a blast joining you on an outing to the lake or local park with a pond.

Josie is fully vetted and healthy. She's spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, heart worm neg., micro chipped, and current on monthly prev. meds. To apply for adoption please submit the application at either our local or national websites or our facebook page. www.nationalpyr.org www.wix.com/gprofok/gpr

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Josie *Adopted, a Tulsa Great Pyrenees/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Tulsa, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Tulsa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tulsa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tulsa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tulsa paves the way for another one to be saved.
