Higgins is a lively, scrappy little guy who is all about having fun. He loves to run, play and wrestle. Don’t let his small size fool you, he can run with the big dogs. He would do great with an active, fun family who would get a kick out of his silly antics. He is just a youngster of around 7 months so he has a lot of learning still to do but he catches on quick to new commands..

**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted to families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside—especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a “tie-out” or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced yard.

**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
