Gage's Story...
My name is Gage and I was returned to PUPS after living with my family for almost a year. You should know I need a home without cats, chickens or low fences--that shouldn't be too hard, right? I am a very handsome Catahoula and (possible) Terrier mix, forty pound, male dog. I get along great with large dogs and other dogs my size. I'm not very fond of fireworks, guns firing or thunder. I am neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and on heartworm preventative. Please call Cheryl at 979.732.5591 or email k9luvrs@hughes.net for more information. I have a $70.00 adoption fee.

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Cat Spring, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Cat Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cat Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cat Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue.
