Sasha's Story...
Hi! I'm Sasha! My sisters and brothers and cousins were rescued from a nice couple who were living in a hotel room. They were trying to give us a good life but there were just too many of us! They decided that it would be better for 15 of us kittens to go to loving homes so that we could spread out kitten love out to many families!! So we packed our bags and said our goodbyes and here we are! I am sooooo ready for a new family! I love to hang out and be petted and I will play for hours. I am very young still and have lots of energy so I would definitely be happiest with another cat or kitten. I am used to being around lots of cats and kittens so being all day home alone would make me very lonely. Don't worry though - I can bring a friend!! Let me know! I am ready to come see what your place is like :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
