Allie is a tiny one. We love her here in rescue. She needs a playmate her size. We will not send her to a home with a large dog or without another dog to keep her company.
She is doing well with her potty training. She still has an "accident" or 2 but she's doing well :)
Update - We took Allie and her sister to be spay'd. Her sister passed away before even having anesthesia and a necropsy revealed aortic stenosis. Obviously we did not spay Allie that day and found that she also has a heart issue so she will need to go to someone local who can keep her with Dr. Clements for care....
Please understand we do not adopt out to families with children under the age of 5. We do not adopt to renters. Some dogs will have fence requirements while others may not.
A dog is a lifetime commitment. The dogs in our system find themselves there, for the most part, because their humans did not have the same loyalty to them as they did to their owners :( We do not take the adoption process lightly, and will do everything in our power to make sure the dog is placed correctly the first time around for your sake and theirs. Thank you for choosing to adopt not shop!
