Hammill's Story...
** Contact info: email YourFriendlyPaws@gmail.com **Hammill is a beautiful domestic short hair orange red tabby kitty about 1 1/2 years old. A super sugar friendly and outgoing. He is looking for a home where he can get all the attention. He is laid back and will cuddle with you in bed if you would let him and sit on your chest. He is fine with other cats and dogs. This boy just wants to be loved and petted and just can't get enough. He purrs when you picked him up. He loves to play with his cat toys and the foster kitties. He was rescued in the nick of time from a high killed shelter as his time was up. He has been neutered and up to date on his shots and Combo Tested negative.
Please e-mail us for upcoming events were we show our adoptable pets at Tractor Supply, off Hwy 29 in Concord, NC. Come and meet them but not all foster kitties can come to adoption, as well as, tell any friends or family about our rescue dogs and cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hammill, a Harrisburg Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Harrisburg, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Harrisburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
