Gismo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Gismo's Story...
This poor little boy was dumped out on the streets and a kind lady took him in. No one came for him or asked about him. The lady that has him can't keep him and would love to find him a home that he can call his own. He is about 10lbs and 2 years old. Could be a Chihuahua/Spitz mix. He does not seem to be a problem for anyone or anything so would make a great family dog or single persons dog. He is fixed, current on all shots, on monthly prevention, micro chipped and heartworm negative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gismo, a Plainfield Chihuahua/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Chihuahua/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Spitz (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
