My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

3-1/2 years old, 65 pounds.
Gracie is very loving and adores her humans. She loves car rides and playing fetch. She even brings it back and drops it. LOL She is pretty high energy and will need someone to walk her or play with her daily. She walks well on leash but does pull a little when exicted. She is a good girl and does not beg when we eat but will lay down on the floor and just hope you drop something. She does get on the furniture and loves to lay on the couch.

At night, Gracie loves to cuddle and snuggle while watching TV. She will in your lap all day and night if you let her. She is good at reading the situation and knows when its play time or snuggle time. She is really a great dog!

Gracie would do best as an only dog or with a more equally dominate and playful boy. She was placed in a home with a very submissive dog and she basically tried to make him move out b/c she wanted all the attention and he was too shy so she bullied him. The couple was heartbroken b/c they loved her dearly but their first dog came first of course. With other dogs like him, she is food and toy dominate. We see NONE of that with humans. This is also why we don't want her in a home with toddlers that she might view as submissive dogs.

All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and Heartworm negative unless otherwise noted. We require an adoption application, home visit and adoption fee of $200 ($150 for senior). You also get a two week trial period with all of our dogs. To apply, simply go to www.forgottenpaws.com.

Many of our dogs are in foster homes all over Atlanta, thus an application is required before an appointment can be set to meet a dog.
