Paco's Story...
Paco is a 7 year old tan and white male Chihuahua. He weighs 5 lbs. He was originally rescued in Louisiana as a stray. We took him into our rescue recently when their rescue became flooded.

Paco is a typical Chihuahua. He is a little scared when he first meets you. However, it doesn't take too long before he warms up to you. He just has to feel comfortable and safe. Due to this, I would say no small children. You never know what a small child will do and how a dog will react?

Paco is housetrained and doggy pad trained. He likes other dogs. He likes to explore outside. If you would like more information on Paco or want to meet him, please send us a message.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paco, a Blountstown Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Blountstown, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Blountstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Blountstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Blountstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Blountstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
