Gracie will come off as a shy dog with lots of personality!  She is a happy dog and after she settles in to her new home, she will become sassy!  She hates being away from her human companions and enjoys car rides and snuggling on the couch.

She is 7 years old and was "retired" from a puppy mill in May and has made great progress.  She loves to sleep in bed at night and likes to play with her caregivers.  She thinks of herself as the Princess of Everything, as she makes it clear that she should always be the center of attention.

She is also learning to walk on a leash and is improving all the time.  She would prefer to walk on her own, as she likes to take leisurely walks to explore everything and will randomly lay down during walks.  She is a very curious dog.

Gracie is being potty training currently, and training will need to continue after adoption.  Extra time and patience with walking her outside may help with potty training, as may crate training.  Since she is an older dog that was not taken to a vet, she needs dental care.  She may require dental checkups yearly as well.

She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.  Her adoption fee is $350.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Call or e-mail us for an appointment. We are available evenings and weekends. Please contact us for any further details on any of our cats, we would be more than happy to answer any questions, e-mail more photos, etc. We are a 501(c)3 organization, and all donations are tax-deductible.

Our Adoption Process...

The 1st step of the adoption process is to fil out the adoption application. We usually like the adoption application filled out before you come to meet the pet(s) you are interested in, mainly to save time with the paperwork. We also have an adoption contract you will sign once we are ready to complete the adoption.
