NOKI's Story...
PLEASE READ THIS PROFILE AND THE REQUESTED CRITERIA BEFORE CALLING OR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION. THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND CONSIDERATION

MEET NOKI — a sweeter-than-sugar, black-and-white, 2-3-year-old, 9-lb “any breed you want her to be” very special girl. She was listed as a Maltese in the shelter, but we know she’s not that… She could have some Maltese in her, because her hair is very soft but sparse. She doesn’t shed. She seems to be potty trained, but no guarantees! One thing we can tell you is she’s had a lot of puppies in her past, but that’s just what it is — her past! This little girl would make a wonderful addition to almost any home. She should be fine with kids over 8 years old. She is extremely affectionate, but she’s afraid of squeaky toys! She’s a very quiet girl. She loves to go on walks and is great in the car. She just needs a little time to get settled, and then she’s very calm cool and collected! Who wouldn’t want this cutie?

Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID

If you are interested in adopting a pup from Lhasa Happy Homes, please complete the Adoption Application before calling. We will contact you once it has been reviewed.

Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

NOKI, a Los Angeles Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
